k-tronic increases the technological level of control and reliability of its marine keyboard production developing a platform which can dialogue with multifunctional marine keyboards.
The platform uses a dedicated communication protocol to simulate realistic usage and verify full functionality by analyzing the responses and real-time video snapshots. Several images are taken during each sequence, saved with the serial number of the tested keyboard.
Cameras verify correct backlighting and shutdown via an integrated algorithm that analyzes 4 distinct points for each illuminated area. The verification detects short circuits and confirms the correct LED color.
